  • Graphic Designer / Web Designer

    Duties and Responsibilities

    - Create and design graphics following brand guidelines.
    - Design marketing materials, social media graphic content, corporate presentations, promotional material, website assets and more.
    - Propose concepts, organize and coordinate photo and video sessions. Taking responsibility for projects from conceptualization to completion.
    - Keep up with current trends.
    - Generate content in photo and video with IEG resources.
    - Editing videos and photos to create art pieces to be published.
    - Maintain a well-organized asset library.
    - Logo design. Along with brand manuals and collaterals.
    - Collaborate with the Marketing team in brainstorming and creativity sessions for campaigns, opportunities and events.
    - Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets.
    - Find unique ways to present information engaging with audiences.
    - Quote and coordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual or electronic materials.

    Requirements

    - 3+ Experience with digital and print design, Web design
    - Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
    - Ability to prioritize my own work.
    - Work under pressure
    - Work on multiple projects simultaneously to realize the organization’s creative marketing goals.
    - Experience developing visual language and style guides.
    - Basic to intermediate skills in creating animated or moving content.
    - A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Arts is beneficial.
    - Experience with digital and print design.
    - Strong attention to detail.

  • Web Developer

    Duties and Responsibilities

    - Work with the team to produce estimates, establish timeframes, and identify potential roadblocks/risks to successful delivery.
    - Based on project briefs, work with the team to roadmap the development of websites and supporting infrastructure.
    - When executing, strike a balance between functional and aesthetic design.
    - Optimize site for speed/usability/accessibility across desktop, tablet and mobile platforms.
    - Work constructively with team members across disciplines through roadblocks and challenges, solving problems and supporting the team.
    - Test/QA your work as you execute. Seek to understand what ‘done’ actually means to the team and the client.

    Requirements

    - 3+ years of experience in web development
    - Deep knowledge of HTML/CSS/javascript/PHP including responsive web design and pre-processors such as Sass
    - Developing WordPress themes from scratch
    - Familiar with webpack/gulp and git/GitHub
    - Experience with Google Analytics
    - Customizing themes of eCommerce platforms such as Shopify
    - Professional Working Proficiency in the English language
    - Communicating with team members to progress projects
    - Able to control your tasks by yourself
